If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Amansala's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

In no event shall Amansala or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Amansala's website, even if Amansala or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Health & Participation

Bikini Bootcamp at Amansala is a physical fitness and wellness program. By booking and participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are in adequate physical health to participate in fitness activities
• You will consult a physician prior to participation if you have any pre-existing medical conditions
• All activities are optional and you may modify or decline participation in any activity at any time
• Amansala and its staff are not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome arising from participation in program activities
• You participate in all activities at your own risk

6. Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit. Cancellation policies vary by booking type and timing. Please contact us directly for the current cancellation and refund policy applicable to your reservation.

Amansala reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any retreat or program offering due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather events, force majeure, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, guests will be offered a rescheduled date or credit.

7. Spa Services

All spa service cancellations require a minimum of 12 hours' notice. Services canceled with less than 12 hours' notice are subject to the following:

• Included massages: forfeited; may be rescheduled with a $30 per-service rescheduling fee
• Pre-booked services: subject to a $30 per-service cancellation fee
• Pre-booked and pre-paid services: subject to a $30 per-service cancellation fee; remaining balance may be applied to incidentals only (alcohol, gift store, additional spa services)

There are no reimbursements on pre-booked and pre-paid massages.

8. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Amansala's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Amansala does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Amansala may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

9. Links

Amansala has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Amansala of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or your stay at Amansala shall be subject to Mexican law.

11. Modifications

Amansala may revise these terms of use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
